1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the medical and aesthetic nature of our services, all sales are final.
Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds will be issued for services rendered, products used, or packages purchased.

This policy applies to:

• Injectable treatments (e.g., Botox®, dermal fillers, etc.)

• Skin and laser treatments

• Sclerotherapy or vein treatments

• Functional medicine or regenerative procedures

• Package purchases and prepaid services

• Consultation fees (if applicable)

2. Prepaid Packages and Deposits

• Prepaid packages and deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits may be applied toward future appointments if you reschedule within the allowed time frame (see our cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions).

• If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment or cancel outside the required notice period, your deposit may be forfeited.

3. Product Sales

For the safety of all clients, skincare products and supplements purchased in our clinic or online are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unopened.
This ensures the integrity and sterility of all items dispensed from our facility.

4. Treatment Outcomes

Aesthetic results vary between individuals based on anatomy, metabolism, and skin type.
While we make every effort to achieve your desired results, we cannot guarantee outcomes. Additional treatments may be required to achieve optimal results and will be charged accordingly.

5. Service Corrections

If you experience an unexpected adverse result or are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment.
Our clinical team will evaluate your concern and, if appropriate, schedule a follow-up visit to assess or adjust your treatment plan.
Please note: this does not constitute a refund, but rather a courtesy evaluation to ensure your satisfaction and safety.

6. Payment Due at Time of Service & Card on File Authorization

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

By booking an appointment with Lifted Aesthetics and Wellness, LLC, you authorize us to securely keep a card on file. If a balance remains unpaid due to a declined payment, processing error, partial payment, or other billing issue, you authorize Lifted Aesthetics and Wellness, LLC to charge the card on file for the remaining balance.

If your card on file is declined, you agree to promptly provide an alternate form of payment. Failure to resolve an outstanding balance may result in suspension of future booking privileges and/or collection efforts in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
